  1. When I was younger, I didn’t like oats at all and I usually just detested it but along the line I knew that there had to be something good about it for my mum to want to keep making then at home.

    so I started getting myself used to taking oats and now for the first time, I am reading about the benefits of oats. Well, they are good fibre. What other good fibres do we have except oats.

    • Oh yes, I had five children, now adults, but when they were kids I made porridge all the time and oats was one of them, three of them would love the oats, but the other two was forced to have it, they still remind me of those days.

      Oats is wonderful in fiber, but you can also get lots of fiber from many fruits and vegetables, the only thing some of the veggie has to be cooked. Look at it this way, why not supplement it with Nutrim, one to two scoop per day is all you need.

      Regarding allergies effect, it depend on the person, if they are allergic to some kind of food, like Peanuts, for-instant one of my grand daughter cannot have no form of food that have peanuts in it. Like me, I cannot have any thing that got cheese in it. So it really depends on the individual to know what they are allergic to.

I had a friend who commented on how she lowered her cholesterol by eating oatmeal. In your article, you suggest that oatmeal can help lower cholesterol as well.
